Granite Ridge Advisors, LLC ("Granite Ridge Advisors," "we," "us") is an independent consulting firm focused on enterprise fractional advisory, growth and exit strategies, and contract work. We are a subsidiary of Granite Ridge Holdings, LLC. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through our websites. It does not cover information we receive while performing services for a client. That information is handled under the written agreement with that client.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. If you email us, fill out a contact or scheduling form, request a resource, or connect with us on LinkedIn, we receive the details you provide. This usually includes your name, email address, company, job title, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, our hosting provider and any site analytics tools we use may record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information through this website. Please do not include them in messages to us.

This website may use a small number of cookies or similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to track you across other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still be readable. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or similar opt-out signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sharing of your personal information for advertising.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
Service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, calendar and scheduling, and document storage. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
Professional advisors such as our accountants and attorneys, where needed.
Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
A successor if the business is sold or restructured, subject to the commitments in this notice.
6. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, and generally delete inquiries that lead nowhere after 24 months. Records of signed agreements and invoices are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
7. Your rights and choices
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live, including under New Hampshire law and other state privacy laws, you may have additional rights, such as receiving a copy of your data or appealing a decision on a request. To make a request, email us at the address in section 10. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within 45 days or tell you if we need more time.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections to this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
9. Children
Our services and website are intended for business professionals. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
